My partner and I recently enjoyed a lovely romantic escape. We were delighted with the cleanliness of our room and the personal attention of the staff. The panoramic views of the stunning rock formation were a real highlight, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. We appreciated having a convenience store nearby and a reliable wifi connection. we found the hotel to be excellent value for money.

We did find the street noise to be quite disruptive in the evenings and some of the other guests were noisy and inconsiderate late into the night. It would have been helpful to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and we were disappointed to find that the price we paid was higher than what we could have gotten with a direct reservation.

The hotel is well located among various tourist activities, and the room was tidy and included a window for fresh air. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a secure luggage storage area for early check-ins. the wifi connection was strong, and there was a convenient convenience shop nearby.

The hotel was subject to noisy weekend crowds and rowdy guests, providing little rest for light sleepers.

Although the hotel was overall comfortable, there were a few issues. the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator, which made it difficult to store and heat up food.
